Jyotika AI is an AI-powered Vedic astrology service operated by Pulkit Meena, accessible at jyotikaai.com. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

2. What Data We Collect

• Account data: Name and email via Google Sign-In
• Birth details: Date, time, and place of birth — used solely to generate your Kundli
• Usage data: Your questions, chat history, and coin transactions
• Device data: Browser type, IP address (collected automatically by Firebase)

3. Why We Collect Your Data

• To generate your personalised Vedic birth chart
• To provide AI-powered astrological readings
• To manage your account, coin balance, and transactions
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore), compliant with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards. All data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS.

Your questions are processed by Anthropic (Claude API). Anthropic does not use your data to train their models by default.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing. We share data only with:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting
• Anthropic — to process your AI questions
• Razorpay — payment processing (name and email only)
• Law enforcement — only when required by valid Indian law

• Access your personal data we hold
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Erase your data (right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw consent by deleting your account

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Jyotika AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pulkit Meena, operator of jyotikaai.com.

2. Nature of the Service

Jyotika provides AI-generated Vedic astrological readings for spiritual, cultural, and entertainment purposes only.

• Readings are generated by AI and do not constitute professional advice
• Jyotika is not a medical, legal, or financial advisory service
• Planetary predictions are interpretations, not guarantees of future events
• All decisions made based on readings are solely your responsibility

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Jyotika. By using the Service, you confirm this.

4. Coin System & Payments

• Jyotika uses a prepaid coin system. Each AI question costs 5 coins
• Coins have no expiry date and remain valid while your account is active
• All payments processed securely via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in these cases:

• Technical failure: Payment charged but coins not added — refund or credit within 7 business days
• Duplicate payment: Charged twice for the same transaction

Consumed coins are non-refundable. Unused coins are non-refundable except in case of verified technical error. To request a refund, email pulkit@jyotikaai.com with your payment ID.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse-engineering or copying Jyotika's AI system
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free coin allocation
• Using the Service to harass or harm any person

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Jyotika are the property of the Operator. You may not copy or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jyotika's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from reliance on astrological readings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
